About Me

Thanks for visiting my portfolio! I’m excited to share some of my most recent projects in the field of technical communication.

I grew up in Austin, Texas, and studied English literature at the University of Texas (UT) at Austin. I then did graduate work at the University of North Texas (UNT) in Denton. While at UNT, I served as president of the Eagle Technical Communicators Organization (ETC), where I led meetings, developed content, and hosted multiple professional development workshops. I also worked as a technical editor at the UNT Research and Innovation office, where I edited dozens of scientific and technical proposals.

I work as a content designer at FieldRoutes and am actively involved in the North Texas Lone Star Chapter (NTLSC) of the Society for Technical Communication (STC).  I set aside time weekly to mentor students new to the field of technical communication at both UNT and UT at Arlington. I do freelance content design and writing in my free time.

I look forward to exploring various writing and content design opportunities in transportation, technology, and education.
