RevealSoft is a revolutionary solution for the payments industry that was created to automate much of the busy work that allowed for costly and embarrassing errors, missed business opportunities, and continuous and repetitive document generation. I assessed the website with attention to its rhetorical effectiveness, overall structure, grammatical effectiveness, and visual design.
I wrote an introductory memorandum and created a comprehensive technical editing report, which contains several methods of analyzing the website to make it more orderly, succinct, and straightforward.
Memorandum: This memorandum introduces the technical editing report and explains the individual pieces that it contains.
Rhetorical Context Report: This report considers the overall effectiveness of the RevealSoft website. It provides several rhetorically strategic improvements regarding the website’s purpose, marketing strategy, and audience.
Technical Editing Feedback Report: This report explores the overall organization of the website’s information architecture. It analyzes the content for clarity, style, tone, and grammatical effectiveness and contains a page-by-page technical edit with a feedback section concerning these changes. It then includes a final edited version.
Visual Design Feedback Report: This report considers the overall effectiveness of the visual design of the RevealSoft website. It considers design elements such as contrast, repetition, alignment, and proximity.
