Trello is a popular choice in the Atlassian suite of productivity tools. It allows users to create communication boards to track workflow and facilitate teamwork. I created a short, introductory video called How to Create Your Own Trello Board to make Trello more accessible to the novice.
To create a quality video, it is necessary to have a reliable screen-capturing tool. I used Camtasia for screen capturing and Snagit to mark up the screen captures for the video guide. To enhance sound quality, I used a Yeti microphone and added closed captions for accessibility.
The result of this project is a concise, usable video that runs just a few minutes, which allows the novice Trello user to get started without any loss of time, attention, or productivity.
